Jake grew up in the neighboring town of Delta, Colorado, making him a lifelong local of Colorado’s Western Slope. After playing basketball for and attending Colorado Mesa University as a Daniels Scholar, Jake graduated with honors in 4 years with degrees in Marketing, Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship. This unique educational background lends itself well to the dynamics of a ski-town real estate market.
