About Gran

Born and raised in New Orleans, Gran developed a love for Telluride early in childhood, spending summers escaping the heat and attending Telluride Academy. Those formative years inspired his dream of one day calling Telluride home. After studying at Sewanee: The University of the South and Tulane University, Gran made the move to the mountains. He began his career managing a portfolio of luxury rental properties, working closely with owners and guests, and gaining valuable insight into the vacation rental and investment markets.

Gran and his fiancée, Alli—a preschool teacher at Mountain Sprouts Preschool—have built their life here alongside their rescue dog, Mango. Outside of work, Gran enjoys hiking local trails, golfing, attending community festivals, and spending time in the park with Mango.

With his deep knowledge of Telluride and hands-on experience in vacation rental management, Gran is dedicated to helping clients make informed decisions, whether they are seeking a full-time residence or an investment property. His energy, focus, and client-first approach have earned him a strong reputation and a growing base of loyal clients.
