About Anna

I help clients navigate real estate decisions in Telluride with clarity and confidence. While I’m originally from the Atlanta area, Telluride has been home since 2011, the day after I graduated from Georgia Southern University. I began my career in advertising sales with the local newspaper, where I worked closely with real estate professionals and gained an early, behind-the-scenes understanding of the Telluride market and community.

That experience sparked a lasting interest in real estate and the unique properties and lifestyles found here. In 2015, I transitioned into real estate full time, a decision that allowed me to combine local knowledge, relationship building, and strategic thinking in a market where details matter.

Since then, I’ve represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of transactions, including residential homes, land, commercial properties, and pro bono first-time home purchases. Clients often work with me for my ability to explain how location, access, property type, and long-term ownership considerations affect both value and daily use. I bring a practical, tech-forward approach and a steady negotiation style to every transaction, always focused on helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.

Outside of real estate, I spend as much time as possible enjoying everything the Telluride area offers. In winter, that means skiing and fat biking. In the warmer months, you’ll find me mountain biking, trail running, hiking, fly fishing, paddle boarding, or camping. I live just outside Telluride in the Ilium Valley with my husband Ted, my stepson Gage, and our two rescue dogs, Corndog and Gunner.
