    Are you open for business?

    YES! Our office locations are open – however, for the safety of our team and community, many of us will continue to work from home. Our team of brokers are available to you at anytime via phone, email, or virtual meetings.


    How can I tour homes right now?

    In-person showings/tours are allowed (with the exception of occupied short-term rental properties). We have procedures in place and safety equipment to keep everyone as safe as possible.

    Are you selling properties right now?

    The Telluride Real Estate Market has experienced record breaking sales through the 3rd Quarter of 2020, with San Miguel County’s sales dollar volume up 94% year-to-date (Read Telluride Properties 2020 3rd quarter market report). Inventory in certain market segments has seen significant absorption, but new properties continue to hit the market every day.     What do I need to know before coming to Telluride?

    The ski area opens November 26th, with the biggest change being that lift tickets will be need to be purchased online in advance. There will be no in-person ticket sales. Purchase your tickets here.

    Hotels and professionally managed short term rentals are currently at 50% capacity until further notice, limited to a single household per lodging unit. This applies to all lodging stays including established reservations. Please let us know if we can assist you in finding a vacation rental.

    Retail & service businesses are currently open with 50% capacity restrictions and mask requirements.

    Restaurants are open to in-person dining at 25% capacity, or 50 people, whichever is fewer. Curbside takeout and to-go offerings will be allowed including, where the towns allow, takeout beverages.

    How can I monitor COVID-19 cases and health orders in Telluride?

    San Miguel County has created a visual dashboard that shows information on the number of cases locally and regionally. You can stay up-to-speed with current health orders on their site.

    The Telluride Medical Center also has some great resources and information on their site about COVID-19 testing and how the medical staff are managing these cases, as well as the everyday health of residents.
