Not only has Telluride Properties merged, but they’re taking the TAR podium with them.
Telluride Properties has earned a reputation as the premier real estate firm in the Telluride area since 1986. Under the current direction of Broker/Owner Polly Leach-Lychee and Managing Partner Albert Roer, the team has recently doubled in size, and influence.
At the recent Telluride Association of Realtors banquet, several of the Telluride Properties teammates were recognized and awarded for their leadership and stewardship.

We are also proud to announce our incoming TAR 2024/2025 Board of Directors:
- Anna Wilson, President
- Kip Smith, President-Elect
- Eric Saunders, Past President Liaison
- Albert Roer, Treasurer/Secretary
- Alex Martin, MLS Director
President Anna Wilson’s technological savvy, attentiveness to client needs and extensive market knowledge combined with her community involvement are second to none.
“I’m so thrilled to be serving in this role,” Wilson said. “It’s a huge responsibility that I don’t take lightly, especially during such a pivotal time for the real estate industry. I’m excited to dive in and do everything possible to support the TAR community.” she said.
Community Realtor® of the Year Allison Templin said, “Giving back to the community I love so much is easy! Being nominated for and winning ‘Community Realtor of the Year’ is such an honor and the greatest achievement I could have possibly been recognized for as a Realtor®.”
Templin embarked on her real estate career in 2002, bringing her warm southern hospitality to the region’s premiere real estate company. Templin is known amongst her clients as someone who takes the time to listen and provide the best quality service with the utmost professionalism.
President Elect Kip Smith added, “I’m thrilled to step into these roles as President-Elect of the Telluride Association of Realtors and Mountain District VP-Elect for the state. Protecting private property rights is a passion of mine – because, let’s face it, no one wants a surprise guest showing up uninvited on their land, especially if it’s a wildfire! Wildfire mitigation is not just a hot topic; it’s a vital issue for the safety of our communities and the preservation of our stunning landscapes. I look forward to tackling these challenges with determination and a lot of teamwork,” she added.
A true trailblazer, Smith initiated the local Disaster Awareness and Affiliates committees and played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Colorado Association of Realtors’ Young Professional Network. Today she is focusing on local issues surrounding wildfire preparedness alongside the County, Sheriff’s Department and local governments in addition to protecting private property rights.
Past President Liaison and winner of Best Open Houses Eric Saunders loves to help people discover the mountain lifestyle and the magic of Telluride. He brings a high level of professionalism and integrity to each transaction and has been involved in guiding clients over $100 million in real estate transactions.
Managing Broker Albert Roer says he is, “Honored to serve another term as TAR Treasurer.” He and Leach-Lychee are upbeat about the positive representation in the industry.
MLS Director Alex Martin of the Martin | Ostromecki Team has represented development projects such as Sunnyside ranch, Cornerstone and Brown Dog Ranch. Prior to joining real estate, Alex prospered in a 14-year sales and management career in litigation support and data storage in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Finally, Rookie of the Year Jake Ames grew up in neighboring Delta. Since beginning with O’Neill Stetina Group in 2015, Jake has been a key component of the sales team for development projects like Element 52, Bear Creek Reserve, Transfer Telluride and Cimarron Mountain Club.
Through it all, the mission of Telluride Properties has remained the same, hire the best real estate professionals and provide our clients with the highest standard of service.
Buying and selling a home is much more than numbers — it’s about relationships and knowing your best interests are being represented in a diligent, forthright manner.
