Britta Nancarrow

I’m a longtime Coloradan of nearly 15 years and I’m truly grateful to call Telluride home. It’s the community and beauty here that captured my heart. I grew up in San Diego, California in a family of realtors. I was attending listing appointments and open houses with my realtor mother since before I could talk. Seeing the lives that she touched and the relationships she made, I knew I wanted to help people discover their home in the world too. While attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, I got my start working for a local property management company and helped my fellow classmates rent and later buy homes. After graduating, I got my brokers license and dove into Colorado real estate. I’m so grateful to help clients find home in a place so dear to my soul. I'm well-versed in the transaction process, skilled at writing contracts, and up-to-speed with market tools to keep you in the loop about the latest property data and research. I’m a savvy negotiator and someone you can rely on to go the extra mile when it comes to negotiating on your behalf. Outside real estate, I used to work in EV and Solar sales for Tesla and ranked as a top sales agent during my tenure. I'm also an avid equestrian, skier, trail-runner, and lover of yoga and trying new things. Telluride has gifted me endless opportunities to lead an enriching life and it’s a gift to be able to share that with clients, family, and friends alike!
